Wild Goose Bill Days

Held the second weekend in June. Includes The Wild Goose Chase (a 3.5 mile race), The VFW Parade, The Ugly Horsepower Competition, a variety show, a Civil War re-enactment and live music at the beer hall. www.wilburwa.com/wgbd.htm

Community Yard Sale

Held the third weekend in June.

July

Goose Creek Opry's Bluegrass Festival

Held the last weekend of July.  A fabulous weekend of bluegrass music and a fiddle contest.  www.GooseCreekOpry.org

November

Festival of Lights

Held the Friday after Thanksgiving.  Local volunteers put up a dramatic display of Christmas lights in the town park and throughout town.  Local businesses hold a moonlight sale and Santa comes to town in a horse-drawn wagon.  Kids can visit with Santa and ride in the wagon.
