Harrington, Washington
A small, quiet community of 482 residents, Harrington is located in central Lincoln County in the heart of the Big Bend wheat belt on scenic State Highway 28, 13 miles south of Davenport, the county seat, and 22 miles north of Ritzville and Interstate 90. Lincoln County is the second largest wheat producing county in the United States, and wheat farming is the main source of income in our community. Settled in the 1880's, Harrington is a community with a rich pioneer heritage. Early homesteaders plowed the land, built fine homes and created a thriving business district. Visit with a local while in town and you'll likely find yourself speaking with a 4th or 5th generation descendant of an original settler. This strong community is striving to blend our rich past with a progressive vision for the future. Enjoy all that this city has to offer!
