Farfield, Washington
The rural farming community of Fairfield, Washington is located about 30 miles southeast of Spokane not far from the Idaho border.
This community lies along the Spokane Indian Reservation where uranium ore was discovered. Nearby are the Long Lake (Lake Spokane) Pictographs. And if you look carefully you can also see the granite shaft that marks the spot of the Tshimakain Mission.
